Complaints Policy

We always aim to deliver the ultimate coffee experience. If you believe we have failed to achieve this we would like to hear from you.

You can contact us by:

2. Contacting Coffee via our Live Chat facility, open Mon-Fri 7am - 10pm, Sat-Sun 8am -8pm.

Our Coffee Specialists will aim to provide a resolution within 24 hours. If further investigation is required our Coffee Specialists will let you know how long this will take, and will ensure they contact you within this timeframe.

We hope you are happy with the resolution, but if you are not entirely satisfied the matter can be escalated to their Team Leader to review with you further.

If, after contact with a Team Leader, you still believe that your complaint is unresolved, you can request that your case is reviewed by the Club Relations Team at Coffee. Please email us and include as much information as possible. The Club Relations Team will contact you within 24 hours of receipt of your correspondence and will confirm the next steps and timeframe for a resolution.
