How can I recycle my old coffee machine?

We are pleased to offer our customers the chance to recycle their old coffee machine or milk device free of charge within 28 days of purchasing a new electrical item from us, on a like‐for‐like basis. This means when you purchase a coffee machine, we’ll recycle your old coffee machine for free, or when you purchase an Aeroccino we’ll recycle your old milk device for free, regardless of the brand or where it was purchased. We are not currently accepting any battery powered devices, or other electrical items.

At this time, we only offer the recycling service when the machine was purchased directly from a Coffee Boutique or our website. If you purchased your machine from another retailer, please check their guidance on WEEE recycling.

Currently we are only offering an in-store takeback service. If you don’t have a Boutique nearby each local authority also accept household WEEE free of charge at its recycling facilities. Use the links below to find the collection point closest to you.
